Privacy

• Your account: your name, email address or phone number, and password (stored only as a secure hash by our login service).
• The subject questionnaire: your board, level, subjects, exam year, whether you want live classes, and, if you give them, a phone number and a parent’s email and WhatsApp number.
• Payments: the amount, the method, and the receipt or reference you send us. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
• Your study: the pages, notes and questions you open, time spent, work you hand in, and messages in class threads, so teachers and you can follow your progress.
• AI tutor (Zizu): the questions you ask it and its answers, so you can return to them.
• Visits to the site: which pages are opened, where the visit came from (for example a search engine, an Instagram post or an advert), the kind of device, and the country. We use a random identifier stored in your browser; we do not store your IP address for this. Once you sign in, these visits are linked to your account so we can tell which of our posts and adverts help students find us.
• The shop: your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address for an order. If you type a full number at checkout and do not finish, we keep it so we can help you complete the order; the checkout says so.
• WhatsApp: if you message our WhatsApp number, or we message you, we keep the conversation (messages, files sent, and when they were delivered and read) with your number.

• To run your account, open the subjects and classes you chose, and confirm payments.
• To teach: teachers see the work and progress of the students in their classes.
• To contact you, and your parent if you gave us their details, about your classes, payments and the free trial, by email or WhatsApp.
• To understand how people find us and which of our adverts work, in totals and by campaign.
• To keep the site and our resources safe from misuse.

Our WhatsApp number may be answered first by an AI assistant. It recognises you only from the phone number on your account or your parent’s questionnaire, sends study materials only to enrolled students for their own subjects, and passes the chat to a person from our team when needed. Messages you write to it are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. Write STOP at any time and you will receive no more broadcast or automatic messages from us; write START to receive them again.

• Our team: admins and your teachers, each only for the parts they need.
• Service providers who run parts of the site for us: hosting and storage, the login and email service, the payment provider, Meta (WhatsApp messages, and our adverts on Facebook and Instagram), and our AI provider for the tutor and the WhatsApp assistant.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

We keep your account and study record while your account is open, and for as long as needed for our records afterwards. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and the data linked to it.

• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Stop WhatsApp broadcasts by writing STOP; stop marketing emails with the link in any email.
• Students under 18: please use Examstitch with a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge.
